Overview

This is the role and the main tasks:

The VP of Sales LATAM is responsible for leading our sales efforts and driving revenue growth in the Latin America (LATAM) market. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to take on this role. The ideal candidate will be tasked with developing and executing sales strategies that not only promote revenue growth but also ensure customer satisfaction and enhance brand recognition throughout the region. It will be their primary goal to cultivate strong relationships with customers and partners while identifying new opportunities for expansion and growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive net new sales and foster growth and retention of existing customers and partners across Latin America.
  • Identify and understand unique opportunities and challenges within the Latin America market. Create and expand relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers to maximize market penetration.
  • Devise and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives for the region. This includes developing approaches for sales, account management, and alliances.
  • Lead and inspire a diverse team of sales professionals, operations personnel, account managers, and alliances directors. Recruit and hire top talent while promoting a culture of motivation and achievement.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments, including services, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and exceptional customer experience.
  • Address the challenges of a diverse market with varying contracts and a lack of brand recognition. Focus on building brand recognition and targeting core industries to establish a strong presence in LATAM.
  • Strong preference for experience in selling Master Data Management (MDM) along with a solid understanding of Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings.
