Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking a Voice Recording Specialist (AI Training) to record natural speech samples for training AI systems. This is a remote hourly contract role with a flexible schedule, requiring no voice acting background beyond a clear speaking voice and a quiet space.

You will record scripted and conversational audio, adjust delivery to capture diverse speech patterns, and complete metadata with each recording. Access to suitable recording gear and a quiet home setup is essential.

What You'll Do

• Record clear, natural voice samples following provided scripts and prompts
• Vary your tone, pacing, and delivery style as directed to capture a range of speech patterns
• Ensure recordings are clean, crisp, and free of background noise
• Complete metadata forms describing the context and characteristics of each recording
• Participate in both scripted reading sessions and natural conversational recordings
