At Olly Olly, we're building a production team that creates websites and visual assets for 4,000+ businesses. You'll manage a team of designers who assemble websites from content, photos, and data.

Your goal is to ensure the highest quality across all productions. Maintain a culture of excellence: reviewing completed work daily. Catch details, coach your team, and refine standards: providing specific feedback on real work. Stay current with industry trends and update production guidelines. Deliver results when needed: from logo design to website assembly. Raise the bar on high-volume work by driving discipline, efficiency, and quality.

We need someone with 5+ years in visual design, 2+ years leading or managing a design team, execution skills, production experience, and a strong focus on quality.

A background in advertising, branding agencies, or e-commerce design is beneficial.

We'll provide training on our tools, workflows, brand guidelines, and quality standards.
