Garena busca um Visual Designer para comunicar visualmente conteúdo para redes sociais, apps e websites da equipe New Games, com foco no mercado brasileiro.

O contratado terá diploma superior, mais de 1 ano de experiência em design visual, ilustração e criação de conceitos, além de proficiência no Adobe Suite, Motion Design e animação. Fluência em Português e inglês avançado são obrigatórias.

Trabalho híbrido com sede em São Paulo, SP, contrato de exclusividade.

Qualificações

• 1+ ano de experiência com design visual, ilustração, desenvolvimento de interfaces visuais e criação de conceitos.
• Domínio de editores visuais incluindo Adobe Suite, Motion Design e software de animação.
• Fluência em Português e inglês avançado (escrito e falado).
• Disponibilidade para atuarem em regime híbrido no escritório em São Paulo, SP.
• Conhecimento desejável da indústria de jogos e entretenimento.

Responsabilidades

• Assegurar excelência na comunicação visual, estática e animada, para a marca do New Games e parceiros.
• Criar identidades visuais para o produto Garena, desenvolvendo-os em elementos impressos e digitais.
• Compartilhar novas tendências visuais e melhorias na interface com base no comportamento do público.
• Desenvolver guias de estilo e brand books, orientando parceiros internos e externos no uso de logos e elementos.
• Criar conteúdo visual para redes sociais para aumentar a presença online e a conscientização da marca.
• Atuar como Visual Identity Designer para New Games, com foco no mercado brasileiro.

About the position:

We are looking for a Visual Designer who will be responsible for communicating and visually creating for social media, apps, and websites for the New Games team.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring excellence in visual communication, both static and animated, for the brand of the New Games and partners, through research and the use of design and branding resources, while ensuring the most current graphic design practices.
• Creating visual identities for Garena's product, which are further developed into various elements, whether printed and/or digital, using Adobe Suite and other design tools for production.
• Sharing new visual trends and improvements in the platform interface based on audience behavior, understanding the needs of the current platform users, and identifying new opportunities for engagement.
• Developing the Style Guides and Brand Books, collaborating with marketing teams to ensure the best application of the brand, and guiding internal and external partners in the use of new product logos and elements.
• Creative Social Media Content Creator responsible for designing engaging content across platforms to boost online presence and brand awareness. (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube)
• Visual Identity Designer for New Games, specializing in crafting compelling visual concepts tailored to resonate with the Brazilian market.

Main job requirements:

• Completed superior degree;
• 1+ year experience with visual design, illustration, visual interface development and concept creation.
• Proficiency in visual editing software including Adobe Suite, Motion Design, and Animation software.
• Fluent in Portuguese and advanced English skills (written and spoken)
• Active gamer and passionate about the gaming universe;
• Available to work in hybrid mode at our office in São Paulo, SP.

Desirable knowledge:

• Knowledge of the games and entertainment industry
