Jobgether is seeking a reliable Video Editor based in Latin America to join a partner company in Brazil. You will transform raw footage into engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, producing about 100 videos per month while adhering to brand guidelines and delivering clear legal storytelling.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent grammar for captions.
• Proven experience editing short-form social content.
• Experience with legal/corporate content is a plus.
• Proficient with CapCut Pro, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or Davinci Resolve.
• Familiar with AI-assisted captioning and rough-cut tools.
• Able to deliver polished edits in about 20–30 minutes.
• Strong organization and time-management for high-volume publishing.
• Based in Latin America and CV in English.

Responsibilities

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Video Editor (Marketing & Short-Form Content) based in Brazil.

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Video Editor to transform raw footage into polished, engaging short-form content for social media. You will work closely with a marketing team and the Lead Attorney to produce videos covering legal topics in immigration, family law, and personal injury. The role focuses on creating compelling content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, with an emphasis on clear storytelling and visual consistency. You will manage a high-volume production schedule, delivering approximately 100 videos per month while maintaining a daily publishing cadence. This position is ideal for an efficient editor who combines strong creative instincts with excellent organizational skills. You will also contribute ideas to improve engagement, reach, and the overall performance of social media content.

Accountabilities:

• Edit raw attorney footage into polished, engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

• Produce approximately 100 short-form videos per month, ensuring at least one video is scheduled and published each day.

• Create content covering key topics in immigration, family law, and personal injury, maintaining accuracy and clarity when presenting legal information.

• Add accurate, engaging subtitles, lower-thirds, graphic elements, and music while following established brand guidelines.

• Schedule and automate weekend social media posts during regular weekday working hours using tools such as HubSpot or Hootsuite.

• Suggest creative hooks, trending audio, dynamic pacing, and visual enhancements to improve content quality, reach, and engagement.

• Maintain an efficient editing workflow while consistently delivering polished videos within the required production timelines.

• Collaborate directly with the Lead Attorney and marketing team to support a consistent social media publishing strategy.

Requirements:

• Full professional fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken, with excellent grammar and spelling for captions and subtitles.

• Proven experience editing short-form social media content, supported by a portfolio of relevant work.

• Experience with legal, corporate, or educational content is considered an advantage.

• Hands-on proficiency with video editing software such as CapCut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted captioning and rough-cut tools to streamline video production.

• Ability to complete a polished short-form video edit within approximately 20-30 minutes.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to independently manage a high-volume editing and publishing schedule.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistent visual quality and brand standards.

• Creative mindset, with an understanding of visual storytelling, engaging pacing, and social media content trends.
