Overview

Flex AI is looking for a highly creative, fast, and detail-oriented Video Editor & Creative Producer to help us produce engaging short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms.

You’ll work with raw UGC (user-generated style content), creator footage, and internal material to produce fun, compelling, scroll-stopping short-form videos that fit the modern TikTok / IG aesthetic.

This is a hands‑on creative role focused on fast iteration, great storytelling, and a strong understanding of platform-native video styles.

Responsibilities

• Edit short‑form videos for TikTok, Reels, and social platforms
• Add captions, text overlays, dynamic pacing, and platform-native styling
• Produce multiple variations of each concept
• Work with raw UGC footage from creators
• Collaborate with the team to execute creative ideas
• Organize files, maintain version control, and meet weekly output targets
• Stay on top of current TikTok trends, formats, and editing styles

Requirements

• Proven experience editing TikTok / Reels-style short‑form content
• Strong proficiency in CapCut, Final Cut, Premiere, or similar
• Good sense of pacing, storytelling, hooks, and visual rhythm
• Ability to produce content quickly and consistently
• Portfolio of UGC-style or TikTok-style videos required
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
• Organized, self‑directed, and comfortable with fast iteration
• 1–3 years editing short‑form TikTok / UGC-style content
• Fast, iterative editing style

Nice‑to-Haves

• Experience working with creators / influencers
