NeoWork is hiring Video Editors to join our remote teams delivering content for U.S. brands. You will edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, ads, and marketing campaigns, turning raw footage into content that performs.

This 100% home-based role requires 2+ years of video editing experience, proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects (or DaVinci Resolve), and a strong portfolio. Based in Brazil with a reliable home office, you will collaborate with U.S.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional video editing experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or DaVinci Resolve).
• Excellent storytelling, pacing, and visual style.
• Portfolio showcasing recent editing work.
• Good written and spoken English for working with U.S. teams.
• Based in Brazil with a reliable home office and internet.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form video for social media, paid ads, websites, and marketing campaigns
• Enhance footage with color correction, audio cleanup, transitions, captions, and motion graphics
• Adapt content for multiple formats and platforms (TikTok, Reels, YouTube, Meta Ads)
• Follow brand guidelines and briefs while bringing your own ideas
• Manage project files and asset libraries for an efficient workflow
• Deliver high-quality edits on tight, recurring deadlines

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form video for social media, paid ads, websites, and marketing campaigns
