  • Contact venues and negotiate fees, lease agreements, and terms with owners.
  • Obtain all fire, police, and other governmental permits, and coordinate logistics for production.
  • Oversee venue‑related issues across multiple large projects simultaneously, while also maintaining standards for smaller events.
  • Save CAPEX and OPEX by flagging issues early and providing solutions.
  • Develop playbooks for the production team, detailing contract requirements and best practices.
  • Create real‑estate trackers and deal trackers.
  • Oversee the return of venues to their original condition after each project.
  • Represent Fever at site visits, meetings, and local events.

  • Highly organized with strong time‑management skills.
  • Problem‑solver who can think strategically and efficiently on‑site.
  • Collaborative approach and willing to get hands‑dirty and work on all required event tasks.
  • Strong academic background is a plus.
  • Domestic and international travel and cross‑time‑zone work may be required.
