Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Validation Engineer (AV) to ensure the reliability and safety of autonomous vehicle systems through rigorous testing and simulation. You will lead end-to-end evaluation pipelines and drive offline validation.

You will work remotely with global teams, using CARLA or NVIDIA DRIVE Sim and Python to process data and validate behaviors. Excellent English is required, and compensation is offered in USD or local currency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Software Engineering focusing on autonomous vehicle validation.
• Experience designing simulation pipelines with CARLA or NVIDIA DRIVE Sim.
• Hands-on experience with scenario generation and offline evaluation.
• Advanced Python skills and large-scale data processing.
• Strong understanding of validation methodologies and end-to-end pipeline ownership.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

You will spearhead the development of evaluation pipelines that allow for comprehensive offline assessment and scenario-based validation.
