Your Role

Attract Top Talent : Identify and recruit engineers, PhDs, and pharmacists, showcasing EFOR’s corporate culture and values.

Lead the Recruitment Process : Manage the full recruitment cycle – from sourcing candidates on job boards and social media to conducting interviews and evaluations.

Candidate Support : Guide candidates throughout the process, ensuring a positive experience and an effective hiring journey.

Your Profile

Master’s degree or equivalent university diploma, with a strong interest in recruitment and a commercial mindset.

At least 2 years of experience in a consulting firm, preferably in Life Sciences.

Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory; French is a plus.

Excellent adaptability and communication skills with a wide range of stakeholders.

Energetic and resilient : you enjoy challenges and are known for your enthusiasm and determination.

Curious and eager to learn about the roles you recruit for, with a strong desire to grow professionally.
