BairesDev is seeking outstanding UX Writers to join our Research & Development Team. This fully remote role focuses on creating compelling microcopy, labels, emails, and help articles to enhance user experiences across portal products and software.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of UX content experience.
• Experience working with agile teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Proficient English level.

Responsibilities

• Create effective and compelling online content (microcopy, labels, page body copy, error messages, tooltips, help articles, emails, documents, announcements).
• Content creation for portal products, software applications, and user communications. Proofread content for grammar, style, and tone.
• Collaborate with UX and UI designers, applying content design principles to craft delightful and effortless UX experiences - well-balanced layouts with a fine-tuned copy.
• Optimize the performance of UX writing via user testing and data validation.
• Combine data-driven and user-centric methodologies for better results.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and designers to translate business goals into unique brand and product experiences.
• Be part of all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, user analysis, testing, implementation, and result analysis.
