We are now assisting a U.S.-based company in expanding their product team with a UX Engineer / Front-end Engineer (React.js).

What You’ll Do

• Design, implement, and maintain React.js software components with a strong focus on usability and user experience.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to align product requirements, anticipate risks, and propose scalable solutions.
• Communicate with diverse stakeholders (PMs, developers, and end‑users) to ensure visibility into product quality and progress.
• Participate in code reviews, supporting best practices and identifying potential quality issues.
• Identify, document, and track software defects, performing root cause analysis and recommending corrective actions.

Must‑Haves

• Solid experience with React.js and UX practices.
• Strong background in software quality (testing, documentation, defect analysis).
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience working in multidisciplinary, agile teams.
• Some experience with .NET.
• English proficiency at C1 level (spoken and written).

Nice‑to‑Haves

• Experience in UX/UI environments, directly collaborating on usability and design projects.
• Previous work in digital agencies or design‑focused consultancies.
