A Carepod está buscando um(a) UX Designer para trabalhar em nossos produtos físicos e na experiência do cliente DTC na região de Florianópolis. Você combinará pesquisa com usabilidade, UX de site e a experiência do cliente, influenciando desde interações do produto até a conversão online e onboarding.

Colaborará com Desenvolvimento de Produto, Marketing e Suporte para transformar insights em melhorias reais.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in UX Design or related fields.
• Experience with direct-to-consumer brands.
• Strong UX research and usability testing experience.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and journey maps.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

UX Designer (Physical Products & DTC Experience)

Carepod is a premium home wellness brand focused on creating thoughtfully designed consumer products that improve everyday life.

We’re looking for a UX Designer to help us create intuitive, customer-centered experiences across our physical products and digital customer journey. This role combines product usability, customer research, website UX, and customer experience, helping shape everything from product interactions to online purchasing and onboarding.

You’ll work closely with Product Development, Marketing, Customer Support, and HQ to transform customer insights into better products and better experiences.

What You’ll Do

Product UX & Customer Research

• Conduct product usability testing and customer research
• Analyze customer reviews, support conversations, surveys, and behavioral insights
• Identify friction points and recommend customer-focused improvements
• Build personas, journey maps, and usability documentation

Website UX

• Improve website and e-commerce user experience
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and UX recommendations
• Partner with Marketing to optimize customer education and conversion
• Improve online product presentation and navigation

Product Experience

• Improve packaging, onboarding, and instructional materials
• Collaborate with Product Development on customer-centered product improvements
• Support user testing for new products and accessories
• Ensure consistency across physical and digital customer touch points

Collaboration

• Work closely with Product Development, Marketing, Customer Support, Operations, and HQ
• Present research findings and UX recommendations
• Help coordinate initiatives that improve the overall customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
• Experience with direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands
• Strong UX research and usability testing experience
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and journey maps
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects
• Strong attention to detail and customer-first mindset

Nice to Have

• Customer Experience (CX) background
• Packaging or unboxing design experience
• Experience with consumer products or home appliances
• Shopify or Amazon experience
• Experience improving product onboarding or customer education
