The ideal candidate will have experience in qualitative and quantitative research and be able to translate findings into actionable insights. This full-time position is located in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Qualificações

  • 3–5+ years in UX research (mid-to-senior).
  • Strong command of user research methods and usability evaluation.

UX Researcher
Purpose

Ensure Landmark products are grounded in user needs by planning and conducting research, synthesizing insights, and informing product decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research (interviews, usability testing, surveys, etc.).
  • Partner with designers to validate concepts and workflows.
  • Translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Build and maintain a research knowledge base for reuse across teams.
  • Advocate for users in product planning and design reviews.
Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years in UX research (mid-to-senior).
  • Strong command of user research methods and usability evaluation.
  • Experience with enterprise or technical domains preferred.
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Skilled at balancing rigor with speed in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience establishing research practices in new or scaling teams.
  • Familiarity with quantitative analytics tools.
UX Designer (Mid-Level)
Purpose

Contribute to the design of Landmark’s applications, delivering workflows and interfaces that improve usability, clarity, and consistency.

Responsibilities
  • Design UX/UI for product features under the guidance of senior designers.
  • Apply design system components consistently.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual assets.
  • Participate in usability testing and synthesize user feedback.
  • Collaborate with engineers and product managers in daily workflows.
  • Contribute to design reviews and team critiques.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years in UX/UI design.
  • Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems.
  • Strong foundation in interaction design and visual design.
  • Evidence of shipping designs in production applications.
  • Collaborative mindset, with openness to feedback and iteration.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience in enterprise applications.
  • Exposure to research practices and usability methods.
Purpose

A senior individual contributor responsible for designing complex workflows, delivering end-to-end solutions, and raising the craft quality of Landmark applications.

Responsibilities
  • Own UX design for major workflows or product areas, ensuring usability and clarity.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into intuitive design solutions.
  • Apply and extend the Landmark design system; contribute new patterns where needed.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished visual designs.
  • Partner with product managers and engineers to align requirements and deliverables.
  • Validate designs with users through testing and iterate based on feedback.
  • Participate in design reviews, offering constructive critique and feedback.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of UX/UI design experience.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise or technical product design.
  • Mastery of interaction and visual design; working knowledge of research methods.
  • Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools.
  • Comfort working with engineers in Agile environments (Angular/React familiarity preferred).
Nice-to-Haves
  • Prior experience contributing to a design system.
  • Experience in energy, engineering, or industrial domains.
