Carepod is a premium home wellness brand seeking a UX Designer to craft intuitive experiences across physical products and the digital journey. You’ll own usability, customer research, website UX, and onboarding, collaborating with Product Development, Marketing, Customer Support, and HQ to turn insights into better products.

You will translate customer insights into improved experiences, champion a customer-first mindset, and deliver actionable UX recommendations.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of UX/ Product Design experience across physical and digital touchpoints.
• Strong UX research and usability testing background with customer insights.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and journey maps; excellent communication.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct product usability testing and customer research.
• Analyze reviews, support conversations, surveys, and behavioral insights.
• Identify friction points and propose customer-focused improvements.
• Build personas, journey maps, and usability documentation.
• Improve website and e-commerce user experience with wireframes and flows.

UX Designer (Physical Products & DTC Experience)

Carepod is a premium home wellness brand focused on creating thoughtfully designed consumer products that improve everyday life.

We’re looking for a UX Designer to help us create intuitive, customer-centered experiences across our physical products and digital customer journey. This role combines product usability, customer research, website UX, and customer experience , helping shape everything from product interactions to online purchasing and onboarding.

You’ll work closely with Product Development, Marketing, Customer Support, and HQ to transform customer insights into better products and better experiences.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys owning projects, collaborating across teams, and making a measurable impact on how customers experience our brand.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct product usability testing and customer research


• Analyze customer reviews, support conversations, surveys, and behavioral insights


• Identify friction points and recommend customer-focused improvements


• Build personas, journey maps, and usability documentation

Website UX

• Improve website and e-commerce user experience


• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and UX recommendations


• Partner with Marketing to optimize customer education and conversion


• Improve online product presentation and navigation

Product Experience

• Improve packaging, onboarding, and instructional materials


• Collaborate with Product Development on customer-centered product improvements


• Support user testing for new products and accessories


• Ensure consistency across physical and digital customer touch points


• Work closely with Product Development, Marketing, Customer Support, Operations, and HQ


• Present research findings and UX recommendations


• Help coordinate initiatives that improve the overall customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, or a related field


• Experience with direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands


• Strong UX research and usability testing experience


• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and journey maps


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


• Ability to independently manage multiple projects


• Strong attention to detail and customer-first mindset

Nice to Have

• Customer Experience (CX) background


• Experience with consumer products or home appliances


• Shopify or Amazon experience


• Experience improving product onboarding or customer education
