Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Immigration Paralegal specializing in U.S. Employment-Based Petitions. The responsibilities include assisting with the preparation and submission of employment-based visa petitions and other immigration filings, conducting research on immigration law and policies, reviewing and organizing legal documents, and collaborating with attorneys and clients to ensure compliance. The candidate will also provide ongoing support to clients, maintain case management systems, and monitor deadlines and case progress.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of US O1,EB1,EB2 petition experience with a successful track record of approvals is a must.
• Strong knowledge of Law, Immigration Law, and Immigration Issues
• Experience with Visas and Employment-Based Immigration Processes
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and detail-oriented case management
• Exceptional organizational, time-management, and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a remote environment
• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification; prior experience in immigration law is highly preferred
