Position: Senior IT Agency Recruiter (Remote, Brazil)

Working hours: Eastern Times (12 pm to 9 pm or 8:30 am to 5:30 pm)

Position Type: Permanent x 2 (Base Salary + Bonus + Paid Vacation)

Locations: 100% Remote (Brazil)

Positions

We are looking for quality‑driven and assertive senior and intermediate technology recruiters with great English communication skills to work with a supportive team where personal and professional growth matters.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, engage, and explore candidates' real motivation and interest, validate their skills and competencies, and present quality talents in a timely manner.
  • Conduct in‑depth technical and functional evaluation and assessment of technology candidates.
  • Participate in full‑cycle recruitment and staffing assignments for both contract and permanent placement opportunities across Technology, Engineering, Automotive, and Finance sectors.
  • Network, research databases, source, screen applications, select, examine, evaluate, and interview candidates.
  • Coordinate and notify candidates on requirements for the prospective position, job offers, contracts, terms, and conditions of employment.
  • Partner and collaborate with other recruiters through teamwork, imparting knowledge, experience, skills, and advice on staffing policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate the presentation of candidates to prospective clients.
  • Prepare reporting on activities and results.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience with a strong network, preferably in Microsoft (service providers or users), Cloud Computing, Data, AI, Financial Services, FinTech, and Auto manufacturing organizations.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in direct headhunting of permanent and contract technology candidates.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an agency recruiter working directly with hiring clients (not through RPO).
  • Minimum 2 years of sales or sales support experience.
  • Minimum 2 years working with U.S. or Canadian markets.
  • In‑depth technical evaluation experience and ability to fully assess candidate’s skills.
  • Strong networking, relationship‑building, and active recruitment‑related social media engagement (especially LinkedIn).
  • Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong teamwork, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with MS Word, CRM, or ATS systems.
