At TechBiz Global, we are providing recruitment service to our TOP clients from our portfolio. We are currently looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer to join one of our clients' teams.

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with strong experience in mobile app design (iOS/Android) and responsive web platforms. The ideal candidate will combine user research, wireframing, and visual design skills to deliver a seamless and premium user experience for clients in Brazil and globally.

Key Responsibilities

Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for client’s mobile apps and web trading platform.

Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify pain points and optimize flows.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).

Ensure responsive design principles for web and mobile compatibility.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to translate business requirements into design solutions.

Define and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI patterns for consistency across platforms.

Apply UX best practices to optimize onboarding, dashboards, trading workflows, and user engagement.

Stay up to date with fintech and trading app design trends, ensuring client’s interfaces remain modern and competitive.

Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.

3–6 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio of mobile apps and web platforms.

Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar tools.

Strong understanding of mobile-first design, responsive layouts, and accessibility standards.

Experience with fintech, trading, or data-heavy platforms is highly desirable.

Ability to create interactive prototypes and design systems.

Good understanding of front-end capabilities (HTML, CSS, React basics) for smooth handoff to developers.

Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish a plus).
