Key Responsibilities Summary

• UI Development: Design and implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces for nuclear operations applications, ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with nuclear engineers, operations teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective UI solutions.
• Modern Technologies: Develop and maintain web applications using current front‑end frameworks and technologies.
• Performance Optimization: Enhance application speed, scalability, and usability for mission‑critical environments.
• User Experience Improvement: Conduct usability testing and integrate user feedback to continuously refine the interface.
• Accessibility & Reliability: Ensure UI designs meet accessibility standards and support 24/7 operational reliability.
• API Integration: Collaborate with back‑end developers to integrate APIs and data systems seamlessly.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for UI components, design systems, and development workflows.
• Code Quality: Participate in code reviews and contribute to front‑end development best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in UI / front-end development
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
• Experience with responsive design and cross‑browser compatibility
• Strong understanding of UX / UI principles and best practices
• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
