A game development studio is seeking a talented UI Artist to create stylized UI assets for a new JRPG. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and experience with Unreal Engine 5. Responsibilities include collaborating with the team to develop menus, icons, and gameplay interfaces that enhance the player's experience. This is a remote position based in Maceió, Alagoas, Brazil.

We're looking for a UI Artist who loves stylized, bold visual design to join us on our upcoming JRPG.

You’ll be responsible for the full suite of UI art, including menus, icons, HUDs, and everything in between.

You’ll work from our established art direction and collaborate closely with our UX Designer, Art Director, and Engineering team to bring it all to life in Unreal Engine 5.

We want someone who knows how to make things both beautiful and functional.

Someone who understands that UI is not just decoration but a way to express the game's identity and guide the player's experience.

What You’ll Do

• Create stylized UI assets that fit the game's tone and art direction
• Work closely with UX, Art, and Engineering to make sure everything looks and feels right in Unreal 5
• Design compositions, icons, and animations for menus, HUDs, and gameplay interfaces
• Iterate based on feedback and help polish the overall visual identity of the game

What We’re Looking For

• A portfolio showing strong stylized UI design and motion work
• Solid understanding of composition, color, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to move between clean minimal layouts and expressive, bold styles
• Clear communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with UMG Widgets in Unreal 5

Nice to Have

• Experience implementing assets directly in Unreal
• A love for JRPGs and story-driven games
