Team Overview

This profession will be allocated on the customer fund management team, under the reconciliation and operation department as a supervisor for daily operational reconciliation tasks for all products of 99pay IP and SCD.

Role Responsibilities

Responsible to guarantee the execution of daily reconciliation tasks, act to solve and handle pending and mismatching cases, work closely with product and development team to enhance the team capability to execute daily tasks, identify GAPs and perform adjustments, ensure the best user experience possible within the products of 99pay, develop capability to execute reconciliation of different rage of tasks including accounting bookings, bank accounts and operational reconciliation.

  • System configuration to manage the infrastructure of internal products by creating internal accounts, canceling unused accounts and defining operational flow
  • Banking background and experience with accounting and reconciliation operations
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational safety and efficiency
  • Ensure execution and develop improvement of daily reconciliation operations

Role Qualifications
  • Over 3 years of treasury and/or reconciliation experience
  • Cashflow and accounting skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, accounting, economics or related areas
  • Soft Skills: Proactive, teamwork and negotiation skills
  • Hard Skills: Financial calculations, Cashflow, Logic, accounting booking knowledge, Brazilian financial system knowledge and cashflow building
  • Preferred Industries Experience: Financial institutions regulated by central bank, like IPs, banks or other entities
  • Fluent in english
