This job is responsible for providing analytical product support for a new or enhanced Treasury Management product or group of products in Global Treasury Services.

Key responsibilities include participating in the definition of new product requirements and enhancements, conducting product and market research, and developing detailed project plans for assigned products.

Job expectations may include participating in the development of testing criteria for new products.

Responsibilities

• Supports the management of a set of product(s) and maintains financial responsibility, including accountability for Profit and Loss activities such as revenue, profit margins, etc.
• Supports the identification and creation of plans for product development, supporting the creation of sales training programs, and marketing materials to educate clients and internal teams on product capabilities
• Understands product functionality, marketplace trends, and the competitive landscape at a high-level to provide awareness of trends to sales and marketing teams
• Supports the development of the product strategy, working closely with Product Managers, to drive products in cash management and provide comprehensive solutions across the bank
