We are seeking an English speaking , detail-oriented and organized Travel Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless travel experiences for our clients by booking individual service components and managing bookings with suppliers. The ideal candidate has a passion for travel, exceptional organizational skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
1,200 USD per month
Service Coordination : Book and confirm individual travel components, including but not limited to guides, accommodations, transportation, tours, and other related services.
Supplier Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely communication and accurate service delivery.
Booking Management : Oversee and manage client bookings, ensuring all details are accurate, up-to-date, and meet client expectations.
Issue Resolution : Address and resolve booking-related issues promptly by liaising with suppliers and clients if required.
Documentation : Maintain detailed records of bookings, communications, and confirmations in the company's travel management system.
Quality Assurance : Verify accuracy of itineraries and services to ensure client satisfaction.
Collaboration : Work closely with sales and product teams to align on client requirements and deliver exceptional experiences.
Prior experience in travel operations, coordination, or a related field.
Strong understanding of travel components, such as hotels, tours, and transportation.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
Strong English proficiency in reading, writing and speaking
Own desk top computer or laptop + second screen

Experience working with luxury or custom travel itineraries.
Knowledge of industry trends and supplier networks.
A knowledge of New York, Washington DC, Boston, Philadelphia, Charleston and / or Savannah
