In this client-facing role, you will be a trusted contact from initial booking to post-trip follow-up, ensuring a seamless, personalized, and high-quality experience.

This position is ideal for detail-oriented, service-driven individuals who are passionate about travel, hospitality, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Formación

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service experience in travel, hospitality, or related fields preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems and booking platforms.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple requests efficiently.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Assist with luxury and leisure travel bookings, including changes, cancellations, and special requests.
• Provide accurate information on destinations, requirements, and agency policies.
• Coordinate booking details and confirm itineraries to ensure accuracy.
• Proactively follow up with clients before and after travel to ensure a positive experience.
• Address client concerns with empathy and solution-oriented thinking.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update booking systems as required.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, service-driven, and passionate about travel, hospitality, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
• Assist with luxury and leisure travel bookings, including changes, cancellations, and special requests
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding destinations, travel requirements, and agency policies
• Coordinate booking details and confirm itineraries to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction
