Job summary

Kenvue is seeking a Senior Analyst for Trade Operations Excellence & Analytics LATAM to drive performance management and digital transformation across LATAM Trade Ops. This hybrid role partners with regional leadership to optimize logistics costs and efficiency using data analytics and automation.

The position requires strong analytics, Power BI expertise, and experience in Supply Chain/Trade Ops, with English and Spanish proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, International Trade, Data Analytics or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Power BI and Excel capabilities.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Trade Operations or related environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• English and Spanish proficiency required.

What You Will Do

This position is responsible for driving performance management, operational excellence, process optimization and digital transformation initiatives across Trade Operations in Latin America. This role will serve as a strategic business partner to the regional Trade Operations leadership team, leveraging data analytics, automation and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce logistics and trade-related costs, and increase organizational effectiveness.
