Join Solventum as a Trade Marketing Specialist (Dental Solutions) in Brazil.

This role supports our Marketing and Sales function in Dental Solutions Business in Brazil.

Job Description

Our new company, Solventum (formerly 3M Health Care), focuses on better, smarter, safer healthcare.

We seek a Channel Marketing professional to execute marketing campaigns for our channel partners, develop a deep understanding of partner goals, and maximise impact through end-users.

Responsibilities
  • Implement marketing programs, promotional cycles, campaigns, and portfolio strategies through channel partners.
  • Support data analysis to identify and develop new opportunities with the local channel team.
  • Ensure marketing investments align with strategy and comply with policies and procedures.
  • Lead e-commerce programs with distributors.
  • Build demand plans aligned with Marketing Operations, Sales and Channel Teams.
  • Collect insights and recognise market trends through contact with channel partners.
Your Skills and Expertise
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Administration, Engineering or related fields.
  • Experience in Trade Marketing in Healthcare or Consumer Goods industries.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PowerBI, Salesforce.
  • Experience with e-commerce, social media, and digital marketing activation.
  • Current, valid Driver's License.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed :
  • Experience in the dental market.
  • Command of English and Spanish (written and oral).
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
  • Innovative, strong analytical skills and strategic thinking ability.
Work Location & Travel

Campinas (Hybrid Eligible).

Travel may include up to 50%.
