Job Description Summary : The Tools Specialist is responsible for providing support for the regional services team, driving quality, consistency and compliance while minimizing cost and providing for efficient inventory accuracy to drive process improvement throughout the Tools operation.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Responsible for Tools quality conformity at Brazil inventory.
  • Develop the inspection process at warehouse with logistics partner.
  • Implement a physical check list of process for each tool at inventory.
  • Facilitate Route Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions for non-conformity items at tools Inventory.
  • Establish robust procedures to manage problems with returnable Tools from the field, capture and correct defective declare.
  • Drive quality mindset throughout the Tools Operations Team.
  • Drive and define the calibration process with QA and Global recommended.
  • Ensuring 100% compliance with all global related regulations.
