Responsibilities

• Planning and Executing Google Days: Conceptualize plan and execute engaging meetings and events tailored to diverse audiences within the HED education sector.
• Driving User Engagement: Develop and implement comprehensive engagement strategies to increase the utilization of Google for Education tools among HED institutions.
• Renewal Upsell and Upgrade: Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for renewal upsell and upgrade within existing accounts.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the Secretaries of Education including administrators, IT professionals, pedagogical leaders, and teachers.
• Event Management: Plan and execute impactful Google events ensuring seamless logistics, compelling content, and measurable outcomes.
• Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content including presentations, training materials, and online resources to promote the adoption and effective use of Google for Education solutions.
• Training and Enablement: Deliver impactful training sessions to educators and administrators, empowering them to leverage Google for Education tools effectively in the classroom.
• Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue opportunities for renewal upsell and upgrade within existing accounts.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of programs and initiatives.
