Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize TikTok Shop campaigns, ensuring client KPIs are exceeded.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
  • Analyze campaign metrics and provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates and ROI.
  • Test new products, campaigns, and ad formats to uncover what works best.
  • Ensure clients are informed and aligned with strategies.
About the Role

We manage multiple e-commerce brands and need someone who lives and breathes TikTok Shop. Your job is to grow sales by building a strategy, finding the right creators, optimizing the shop, and running a smart product strategy.

Requirements
  • Fluent English
  • Experience managing TikTok Shop and similar platforms for e-commerce.
  • Ability to think big-picture while maintaining a detail-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A self-starter who is proactive, identifies opportunities and brings ideas.
  • Ability to analyze problems, consider solutions, and make sound decisions.
Nice to Have
  • Experience running Spark Ads
  • Experience with Amazon, Shopee, or Mercado Livre
  • Experience in landing pages or UGC strategy
