Responsibilities

• Drive the deployment of operations within the country, and build partnerships with local key players in logistics.
• Conduct market and industry research, create operation plans to address issues and hedge the risks caused by market or policy changes if needed.
• Responsible for the SOP and operation performance indicator (KPI) of service vendors, and the strategic corporation with business partners.
• Ensure procedures and regulations are enforced, and continuously improve the key metrics of productivity, service quality, cost effectiveness and stakeholder satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in supply chain operation management field or related degree.
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese is required for the role.
• 5 years of working experience in commerce marketplace operations.
