What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide sales support and relationship management for an assigned territory, focusing on developing new accounts for vascular care services
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and develop strategic sales account plans
- Maintain strong relationships with current customers, addressing their needs and ensuring high post-sales satisfaction
- Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns
- Maintain detailed documentation of activities and initiatives for weekly review with management
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5-8 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a strong work ethic
- Strong customer service, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Lotus Notes

- Previous experience in sales within the healthcare or vascular care industry
- Established relationships with nephrologists and dialysis clinics
- Strong strategic planning skills and detail-oriented approach
- Ability to operate a vehicle and travel to various sites as needed
