What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Build and maintain a large talent database network of qualified candidates from various sources
  • Source and engage passive candidates, assessing their skills against open roles
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine job requirements and facilitate the full life cycle recruiting process
  • Utilize an online applicant tracking system to create job announcements and manage recruitment plans
  • Participate in in-person and virtual job fairs and recruitment events
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Two (2) years of professional experience in recruitment, community outreach, human resources, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field; or an additional two (2) years of relevant experience if no degree
  • Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills
  • Experience with online applicant recruiting and tracking software
  • Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communication skills

  • Experience managing high volume as well as niche hiring
  • Well-versed in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) recruiting efforts and best practices
  • Collaborative attitude with the ability to build strong partnerships with diverse candidates and stakeholders

  • Strong customer service orientation
