Kenvue is seeking a highly motivated Analyst to join the Global Lab Systems team in Brazil. You will support and enhance enterprise Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and Chromatographic Data Systems, partnering with stakeholders to deliver scalable lab solutions.

You will configure, enhance, and deliver LIMS across the enterprise, collaborating with laboratory, quality and R&D teams to meet requirements and ensure compliance in a regulated environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, engineering, life sciences, chemistry or related field.
• LIMS hands on experience.
• Experience working with laboratory, quality or R&D stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Flexible and adaptable mindset with willingness to support global initiatives.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within global teams.

Responsabilidades

Kenvue is seeking a highly motivated Analyst to join our Global Lab Systems team. This role will support and enhance enterprise Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) Chromatographic Data Systems(Waters Empower)etc, partnering closely with business stakeholders, laboratory teams, and global technology teams to deliver scalable and compliant laboratory solutions.

What You Will Do

The Analyst will be responsible for supporting, configuring, enhancing, and delivering laboratory informatics solutions across the enterprise.

Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with laboratory, quality, R&D, and business stakeholders to understand operational needs and business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Act as a trusted partner between business\Technology\Quality teams.

LIMS Solution Deliver y

• Configure, enhance, and support LIMS applications.
• Implement laboratory workflows, sample lifecycle processes, and data management requirements.
• Support upgrades, testing, validation, deployment, and maintenance activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Waters Empower CDS.
• Experience with Siemens Opcenter.
• Knowledge of laboratory system integrations and data flows.
• Experience in Consumer Health, Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, or FMCG industries.
• Familiarity with GxP, CSV, and regulated laboratory environments.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or related field.
• Strong ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• LIMS hands on experience.
• Experience working with laboratory, quality, or R&D stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Flexible and adaptable mindset with willingness to support global initiatives.
