Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking experienced Technical Writers / Editors to contribute to a customer project evaluating and improving advanced AI systems. You’ll apply editorial judgment to enhance the clarity, tone, and instructional value of AI outputs while documenting findings.

You’ll work asynchronously with project managers and reviewers, providing scores, rationales, and actionable feedback. No prior AI experience is required.

Qualifications

• Native-level English fluency with excellent written communication.
• Experience in technical writing, editing, content evaluation, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of clarity, tone, structure, coherence, and instructional content.
• Familiarity with digital content review, annotation, or evaluation platforms.

You’ll use your expertise in writing, editing, and critical analysis to evaluate AI-generated content and help improve the quality, clarity, and usefulness of model outputs. No prior AI experience is required.

Scope of Work

• Provide clear scores, rationales, and actionable feedback.
