You'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and connecting top technical talent — including software engineers, developers, and other IT professionals — through platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels. You'll play a key role in building and nurturing a high-quality pipeline that drives our hiring success.
Proactively source, identify, and engage technical candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals, and other creative sourcing channels.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technical roles.
Partner closely with Recruiters and Resource Managers to deeply understand technical requirements and deliver high-quality leads.
Conduct initial outreach and screening conversations to assess technical fit, interest level, and alignment with open positions.
Develop targeted search strategies using advanced Boolean logic, filters, and data mining techniques.
Track sourcing activity and candidate engagement using internal systems and tools.
Stay up to date on market trends, technologies, and sourcing innovations to improve talent pipelines continuously.
Represent Velozient's brand professionally and enthusiastically in all candidate interactions.
Support diversity sourcing initiatives and help drive inclusive hiring practices.
