We are looking for a remote Technical Sourcing Specialist based in Latin America with 2+ years of experience and excellent English communication skills — both written and spoken.
You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and connecting top technical talent — including software engineers, developers, and other IT professionals — through platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels.

Responsibilities
- Proactively source, identify, and engage technical candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals, and other creative sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technical roles.
- Partner closely with Recruiters and Resource Managers to deeply understand technical requirements and deliver high-quality leads.
- Conduct initial outreach and screening conversations to assess technical fit, interest level, and alignment with open positions.
- Develop targeted search strategies using advanced Boolean logic, filters, and data mining techniques.
- Track sourcing activity and candidate engagement using internal systems and tools.
- Stay up to date on market trends, technologies, and sourcing innovations to improve talent pipelines continuously.
- Represent Velozient’s brand professionally and enthusiastically in all candidate interactions.
- Support diversity sourcing initiatives and help drive inclusive hiring practices.
REQUIRED Experience
- Excellent English skills — both written and verbal.
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in candidate sourcing or talent acquisition, with a focus on technical roles (e.g., software engineering, IT, data, or product).
- Proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Strong understanding of Boolean search, technical keyword targeting, and sourcing best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred Experience
- University degree.
- Prior experience sourcing for North American-based companies.
- Experience in a growth-stage or entrepreneurial organization.
