Ming Yang Smart Energy in Brazil seeks a senior wind energy solutions leader to drive end-to-end turbine solution development and market expansion in Brazil and Latin America.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, engage with clients, and deliver technically sound proposals, risk-managed projects, and compelling technical documentation to support bids and project delivery.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Renewable Energy, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in wind power or renewable energy, preferably in solution engineering or OEM environments.
• Strong understanding of wind turbine technologies and current OEM platforms.
• Experience managing cross-border projects with multicultural teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Lead wind turbine solution development and market expansion across international markets, focusing on Brazil and Latin America.
• Own early-stage project engagement, including client communication, solution design, and bidding document preparation.
• Conduct market and tech research, monitor trends and competitors to support strategic planning.
• Provide advanced technical leadership and develop end-to-end solutions across project lifecycles.
• Represent the company at industry events and client engagements to strengthen brand influence.

• Lead wind turbine solution development and market expansion across international markets (with a focus on Brazil and Latin America). Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Take ownership of early-stage project engagement, including customer communication, solution design, technical alignment, and preparation of technical agreements and bidding documents. Ensure solutions are tailored to customer needs while maximizing the competitiveness of company products.
• Conduct in-depth market and technical research, staying ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and new turbine models. Monitor competitor activities, perform benchmarking analysis, and support strategic market planning.
• Provide advanced technical leadership and strategic consulting to customers. Develop end-to-end technical solutions across the full project lifecycle, proactively identify and manage technical risks, and implement effective risk mitigation measures to ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and at high quality standards.
• Represent the company at industry events, technical forums, and client engagements in Brazil and internationally. Promote the company’s technical capabilities, project experience, and strengthen brand influence in the wind energy sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Renewable Energy, or related fields).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the wind power or broader renewable energy industry. Prior experience with wind turbine OEMs or solution engineering roles is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of wind turbine technologies, including familiarity with major global OEM platforms and latest industry developments.
• Proven project management capabilities, with experience managing complex, cross-border projects and coordinating multicultural teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, senior leadership, and technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision‑making abilities, with the capacity to perform under pressure and deliver innovative, practical solutions.
