What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and execute annual sales growth targets and marketing plans for Bioscience and Performance Fertilizer Products in the assigned territory
  • Coordinate with sales leadership, agronomy, and crop nutrition leads to create consistent agronomic positioning for Mosaic products
  • Organize and participate in promotional and training activities, including technical events and conferences
  • Mentor new employees and provide assistance to Retail Sales Advisors while supporting team initiatives
  • Conduct weekly competitive product analysis, manage budgets, and transfer customer data back to the sales team
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Ag Business, Marketing, Agronomy, Soil Science, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of high-level sales and/or marketing experience
  • Proven success in proprietary products or technology-driven markets with strong agronomic understanding
  • Exceptional customer relationship skills and ability to develop trust through effective communication
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) certification
  • Experience in retail trends and business operations within the agriculture sector
