  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably with a focus on technology roles.
  • Strong understanding of the US tech market, including current trends and necessary skill sets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to creatively source candidates using various platforms and tools.
  • Capability to conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidates' technical abilities and fit.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment best practices.
