  • Starting salary: $1,125 USD / month

Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the core function of candidate-to-role matching. This includes understanding client requirements, evaluating candidates in the pool, and ensuring that the right profiles are presented for the right roles. The role is critical to guaranteeing fast, high-quality matches that lead to successful placements.

Beyond matching, this position supports pipeline health, interview coordination, and reporting, ensuring an efficient and transparent process for both clients and candidates.

  • Review new job requests to fully understand client requirements and role priorities
  • Identify, evaluate, and select the best candidates from the pool for submission
  • Ensure candidates meet the required qualifications and align with the role expectations
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
  • Maintain open communication with candidates to guarantee a smooth process
  • Share interview details and instructions clearly with candidates and confirm attendance
  • Follow up on interview outcomes and adjust candidate pipelines accordingly
  • Ensure compliance with weekly and monthly KPIs (candidate submissions, approval rates, interview outcomes, hires)
  • Gather and deliver structured feedback after interviews to candidates
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or candidate coordination, ideally with recent experience in recruiting for IT roles
  • Strong analytical skills to assess candidate fit against job requirements
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Clear and professional communication skills with candidates and team members
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets, trackers, and reporting tools
  • Results-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
Technical Requirements
  • Requirements Processor: Intel 11th Gen (or equivalent AMD Ryzen 5000 series) for Windows users and M2 for Macs
  • RAM 16 GB minimum
  • 50 Mbps Internet Speed (Min)
  • USB headset with noise-cancelling (ideally)
