As an Technical Recruiter, you’ll be instrumental in scaling our global teams across Engineering, Product, SEO, and Digital Production (UI/UX Design, Front-End/Back-End Development, Product Design, QA, Copywriting). You’ll own the full-cycle recruiting process — sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a top-notch candidate experience — while partnering with hiring managers across technical and creative disciplines.
The ideal candidate is scrappy, data-driven, and resourceful, with a strong understanding of technical talent markets across Latin America and the Philippines. You thrive in a fast-moving startup environment, balancing high-volume hiring needs with quality outcomes and a human touch. You have a basic understanding of software architecture and web/UX tools so you can effectively differentiate roles like Product Managers vs. Product Designers and identify the right technical skill sets.
