Sezzle is seeking a Technical Product Manager in Brazil to drive data-driven, AI-powered fintech and payments products. You will translate vision into detailed technical plans, partner with engineering and analytics, and own end-to-end delivery of high-impact features.

You’ll leverage APIs, SQL, and AI tools to define KPIs, run experiments, and monitor performance, shaping a fast-paced, high-ownership environment with evolving requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Strong SQL skills and comfort querying and interpreting data independently.
• 6–10 years of product experience, ideally in fintech, e-commerce, rewards platforms, payments, or AI-enabled products.
• Proven record of building and shipping complex products from concept to iteration.
• Experience with agile environments and engineering collaboration.
• Demonstrated experience working with Claude or equivalent LLM tools for AI-enabled productivity.
• Comfort with ambiguity and making sound decisions with incomplete information.

What You'll Do:

What We Look For:

• Analytical, structured thinker who can translate technical complexity into actionable plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication—can hold your own in both engineering standups and executive reviews.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with regulated credit, lending, e-commerce, marketplaces, rewards platforms, or card products.
• Familiarity with modern AI infrastructure (LLMs, MCP’s, or model ops).
• Background in two-sided marketplaces or payments orchestration.
