We are looking for Tech Lead Salesforce Developer, who wants to learn and transform his career.

In this role you will:
  • Act as the primary SPOC for Customer, coordinating resources and managing priorities across teams.
  • Drive service reviews, escalate issues, and ensure timely resolution for critical business processes.
  • Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and governance.
  • Analyze KPIs and reporting metrics to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Expertise in Salesforce Configurations using Workflows, Process builders, Flows, Roles, Enterprise Territory Management, Security Controls, Reports and Dashboards and Sharing rules.
  • Experience in Administration, Configuration, Implementation and experience with Salesforce platform.
  • Experience in Salesforce Customization, Security Access, Workflow Approvals, Data Validation, data utilities.
  • Expertise in SFDC Development using Apex Language, Visual Force pages, Classes, Controllers, Triggers, Indexes, Web Services, Components, Tabs, Apex Web services, Custom Objects, Reports, Analytic Snapshots and Dashboards, Profiles, Creating Roles, Page Layouts, Org - Wide default, Sharing rules, Work Flows
  • Experience in Sales Cloud, Field Service and CPQ, Ant Migration tool, Standard and custom controllers, Data Loader, Force.Com, Eclipse IDE Plug-in, VS Code, Work Flow-Approval, Custom objects, Custom tabs, Email service, Html, Web-service (REST and SOAP)
  • Experience in debugging the code for troubleshooting the issues
