Qualificações

Overview

Technical Account Manager, Dynamic Yield – Spanish Speaking

Mastercard powers economies and enables digital payments across 200+ countries. The Technical Account Manager bridges the technology team and the user, guiding client satisfaction through the implementation of Dynamic Yield products. This role requires you to work between development, product, marketing, and leadership for one of our largest Enterprise clients, serving as the product expert and helping clients optimize user experience.

Responsibilities
  • Become an expert in Dynamic Yield products with a heavy focus on the technical aspects.
  • Interface with customers in final stages of contracting with sales to gather, collect, and document technical, product, and contract requirements related to Dynamic Yield purchases.
  • Solve cross-departmental challenges to expand platform utilization by building processes that streamline communication and understanding.
  • Provide world-class support by owning customer issues from initial contact to resolution, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and ensuring the customer understands the resolution.
  • Partner with Engineering and Development teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Write documentation, knowledge articles, and tutorials to improve the customer experience of Dynamic Yield features.
  • Participate in QA for current and new products/services and work with product and engineering to address opportunities and enhancements.
  • Contribute to the development of implementation and support policies and procedures.
Optimal Skills for Success
  • 3+ years of technical client-facing experience with a focus in digital marketing solutions (mobile, web analytics, optimization, email) in a SaaS environment.
  • Business fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Experience managing projects in a complex organization.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce terms and configuration is preferred.
  • Comfortable with iOS and Android development tools.
  • Ability to read and write code (especially JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
  • Excellent time management and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to stay poised under stress, especially when resolving issues.
  • Proven ownership and accountability in a technical environment, aligning with client goals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical customers.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and works well in both team and independent settings.
