We are looking for a Back-End Developer to work as a Tech Lead in one of our multidisciplinary engineering squads, ensuring the quality and scalability of our solutions. Our selection process is 100% online and inclusive, if you need any accommodations, just let us know in the application form.

  • Engaging in all activities related to software development, from collaboratively defining requirements to designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining systems;
  • Acting as the technical leader for a team of developers, ensuring the adoption of best practices, coordinating the team’s activities, and supporting the resolution of complex problems;
  • Working closely with Product and other areas to discuss and define requirements, adjust scopes, plan deliveries, and align expectations;
  • Contributing to code and technical design while also dedicating part of your time to team coordination, delivery tracking, and roadmap discussions.
Indispensable Requirements
  • Relevant professional experience with the Java platform, relational databases, and automated testing, using Unix-based systems;
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and patterns;
  • Basic knowledge of distributed systems, cloud computing, and IaaS environments;
  • Intermediate technical English, sufficient to read documentation and communicate in written form, if necessary;
  • Fluency in Portuguese (verbal and written) is mandatory for team communication and documentation.
Bonus points if you have
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field;
  • Experience with microservices, continuous delivery, infrastructure as code, test-driven development, and domain-driven design;
  • Proficiency with technologies such as Spring Framework, JUnit, Maven, AWS, Docker, and Git;
  • Basic understanding of JavaScript and Python.
