Job summary
CI&T is hiring a Tech Lead Fullstack Developer to join our team. The role emphasizes frontend development (70%) with backend (30%), working on modern software engineering practices.
Key tech stack includes React, .NET 8, C#, PostgreSQL and MongoDB, EF Core, and modern CI/CD on Azure DevOps and pipelines. You will work with GitFlow, MediatR, AutoMapper, Rebus, and Azure Service Bus.
Qualifications
- Experience developing fullstack applications with a frontend focus on React.
- Strong knowledge of backend services using .NET/C#
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases and CI/CD pipelines.

- Developing Fullstack applications with a stronger focus on Frontend.
- Developing and maintaining APIs and services using .NET/C#.
- Building user interfaces with React.
- Working with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Developing automated tests and applying software quality practices.
- Working with messaging and event-driven architectures using Azure Service Bus/Rebus.
- Contributing to CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps and Azure Pipelines.
- Working with Git and branching strategies such as GitFlow
