A leading renewable energy company in Brazil is seeking a Training Administrator to oversee training events and enhance customer service. You will coordinate training logistics, support legal mandatory training initiatives, and assist in delivering technical training both remotely and in classrooms. Ideal candidates will have experience in adult education and customer service along with proficiency in English and Portuguese. This role offers a diverse and inclusive working environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in adult education, training, or corporate training.
• May be required to travel 35% of the time.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate on-site and off-site training events and logistics.
• Provide excellent customer service for training inquiries.
• Support and coordinate legal mandatory training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Established a group of Training Administrators and instructor in the Service and Construction Department
• Providing excellent customer service as the primary point of contact for training inquiries and communication
• Supporting Training Administration in delivering needed resources to provide requested technical trainings in classroom environment or remotely
• Coordinating on-site and off-site training events, assisting the administration of training including scheduling, procurement, set up, communication and logistics
• Responding to reporting requests, generating reports, and providing report analysis support.
• Support and coordinate legal mandatory training initiatives in Latin America.

Qualifications

• Experience in adult education, training, corporate training, higher education or equivalent educational experience
• Experienced Learning Management System (LMS) administrator preferred
• Experienced customer service skills
• Experience with change and conflict management
• May be required to travel (35%)
• Valid driver's license
• Proficiency in English and portuguese
• Spanish knowledge desirable
• Experience on Vestas turbines preferred.
