The Tax Supervisor job sets day-to-day operational objectives for collecting, processing and reporting accurate Tax returns, ensuring and coordinating Tax payments and Tax incentives calculation, data for the purposes of providing external information for Corporate Tax decision making while ensuring compliance applicable tax regulations and internal fiscal policies. This job leads and influences standard operations of the designated end to end Tax processes and recommends and implements input for the organizational, operational and stakeholder model for the shared services. This job also monitors and implements improvements key performance indicators and metrics and partners to lead specific projects to drive efficiencies. The Tax Supervisor, also coaches and empowers the team to deliver standard services, managing them to achieve the organization’s goals, by ensuring productivity and supporting employee development.
He/she partners with Tax Advisors and Business to ensure the operational compliance.
