Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

This key role will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and onboarding top creative and production talent from around the world. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for building strong relationships with candidates.

Responsibilities
  • Source and attract high-calibre creative, production, and operations talent across global markets.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle – from job posting to screening, interviews, assessments, and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain strong talent pools for high-demand roles (design, video, motion, project management, creative leadership).
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine candidate profiles.
  • Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates based on their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant pipelines and recruitment dashboards.
  • Implement scalable sourcing strategies using various channels, job boards, communities, referrals, and outreach tools.
  • Ensure clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of hiring processes, documentation, and workflows as the company grows.
