This role

This role will join our Talent Team at Gravity Sketch, joining at an exciting time as we're closing our Series A investment and will be doubling in size over the next 6‑12 months.

This is a great chance to join our growing team and make a real difference at Gravity Sketch.

We're looking for someone with the know‑how and confidence to deliver great results in a fast paced, high growth start‑up.

It's a tough market out there, so being able to think outside the box when it comes to recruitment strategy and executing with a high sense of urgency is fundamental.

Responsibilities
  • Owning the 360 recruitment lifecycle, from creative sourcing to complex closing
  • Leading and performing strategic sourcing and research activities, to identify and build a consistent talent pipeline & network
  • Building trusted relationships with all stakeholders, understanding their needs and delivering commercial and creative sourcing plans that meet ambitious hiring plans
  • Driving projects and initiatives to continuously improve our hiring process (e.g. D&I)
  • Helping us set the vision and strategy for our employer branding, to increase brand awareness in the talent market
Requirements
  • Hiring experience within a high‑growth start‑up / scale‑up, covering a wide range of roles across Tech, Product, Commercial, etc
  • Experience hiring in the US market
  • Experience in planning recruitment, ensuring we have the right resource, at the right time to meet business needs
  • Naturally curious and fast learner, with a strong sense of urgency
  • Critical and creative thinker, able to identify new and innovative ways to improve the way we do things
  • Highly organised, with excellent ability to multi‑task and adapt to priorities
  • Self‑starter, not afraid to get into the details and execution
  • Note: this is a fully remote role & we can consider any location in LATAM
